Community
RED FOX STUDIO is large, light, airy and welcoming. We encourage other artists and creatives to hire this amazing space and its facilities to share their skills with others. The main room is suitable for many activities, such as music, film, sewing , photoshoots, yoga and most crafts. There is free parking, toilets, an industrial type sink & tea and coffee facilities. Layout can be adjusted to suit. There is also a good art reference library corner with a welcoming sofa and chair.
State-of-the-Art Printing Press
Printmakers - are you struggling with hand printing or a small press? Why not hire our brand new, A2 capable, etching and relief press? You will have use of the main room, a glass topped inking table, a large drying rack, an industrial sink plus other tables and chairs as needed. If you want to share a 3 hr session up to two friends can join you and split the cost. Please bring your own ink/paper etc although some basic supplies may be available to buy on site. However, we will always try to help you out in a emergency!

Flexible Venue Rental
Hourly rentals of large, light space, available for art classes, crafts, music, exhibitions, photography,and other creative and community gatherings just £9 per hour. Chairs and tables are available as required. The room can also be darkened with roller shutters for film or photography.
Share your skills through classes or workshops
Join a vibrant network of artists, makers, and crafters fostering community, creativity and experimentation. Share your skills by running workshops, either full days, shorter courses or weekends .

Want to try something new?
Beginners of all ages from 18 to 100 will be welcomed with open arms -so don't be shy. Join our scheduled sessions to learn, experiment and develop skills as well as meeting new friends. Sadly we are not currently able to accommodate classes for children

Reduction Print Making
A five week series on Tuesday afternoons, 1 - 3 pm. Learn 4 colour reduction relief printing using lino and also get to know the new press.
Teas and coffees and all materials provided. Feel free to bring your own cutting tools if you have them as we currently can only supply basic tools for class use.

Life Drawing
A class for all abilities these popular sessions are guided by Red using experienced life models.This class is full of energy and great teaching as well as encouragement to try new approaches and mediums.

Book Binding with Tom O'Reilly
A great opportunity to learn from a master! Tom has been a professional bookbinder for over 30 years, being entrusted with the restoration and maintenance of some very old libraries. This course is for beginners and will guide you through all the elements of making your own hard backed, cloth bound journal. Please bring your own lunch or buy on site from The Salty Dog Cafe or The Cornish Pod .Tea and coffee will be provided at the venue.
